My family consists of exactly 8 persons. This includes me, my husband, three boys and three girls. When we do something together, it’s quite the tour and we like it! Our family always has fun, no matter what we’re doing. We go out to dinner, enjoy one of my boy’s football games, or enjoy one of my daughters play soccer.
This family is continuously on the go! Going anywhere had been such a hassle. I would be driving our mini-van while my husband would drive our small car. Often times, I had the older children as there was more space in the van. This wasn’t such a big deal until going on a road trip! We really wished we had one of the 8 seater cars then!
I can’t even remember how often we got lost on that outing, and we’d phone each other and pull over. It was really quite annoying. In some way, we managed. Now, life is much easier. Whoever developed 7 passenger cars is surely a hero of mine! With our new van, we can easily all go anywhere in the same car!
My husband is typically the person to drive it, simply because he likes to drive. He entirely loves how it handles. I had an idea 8 seater cars would be somewhat daunting to drive, but I’ve done it enough now that I’m fairly used to it. It’s indeed kind of excitement! There’s no need to be frightened by having a big family.
It simply makes life even more exciting. Even before having a giant van, we got around. It’s really hard to have six kids and be a very active family! An eight seater car really makes our crazy lives a lot simpler, but in the end, being a little crazy is just that so much fun and excitement for all of us!
